Glenna Jane Dearinger
Glenna Jane Dearinger was born in Manchester, Kentucky, on June 10, 1948, the daughter of Morton Harris and Adeline Loughran Harris. She died on Sunday, July 21, 2013, in her home.
Glenna was born and raised in Manchester Kentucky. She moved to Indiana in 1966, where she met the love of her life Michael Dearinger; they wed in September of 1967. They moved to Oklahoma in June of 1981. She worked at Pet Milk for thirteen years, Arvin Meritor for ten years, and also at Grand Elementary for four years before retiring in 2010.
She was an active member of the Sunrise Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by: both parents and brothers; Bobby, Bruce, Herman, Luke and James Morton Harris.
Survivors include: husband; Mike Dearinger of the home, two sons; Michael Dearinger and wife Wendy of Elgin, Oklahoma and Mark Dearinger and wife Leiloni of Chickasha, Oklahoma, daughter; Stacy Hamel and husband Clay of Chickasha, Oklahoma, three sisters; Paulette Watson of Barbourville, Kentucky, Janet Goins of Hamilton, Ohio and Mary Stiener and husband Bob of Greenfield Indiana, brother; Donnie Harris and wife Donna of Manchester, Kentucky, sister in law; Rose Dearinger of Chickasha, Oklahoma, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Services and cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
