Norliasha, affectionately known as Nora, Doodle, or Two Mama, grew up in Chickasha and graduated from Lincoln High School. Shortly after graduating, she married David Owens, Sr. and they later moved to Oklahoma City. Upon David’s passing in 1973, she solely raised their six children.

They completed word searches and read “the papers”…The Globe, The Enquirer and The Star.
