Randy Dale Jackson, 65, of Verden, was born October 21, 1957 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Travis and Loretta (Austin) Jackson. He passed from this life on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at his home in Verden, Oklahoma.

Randy and his family moved to California in 1965. Randy lived a dauntless life, traveling and living in various cities. He spent his teenage years building memories with different friends, hitchhiking back and forth from California to Oklahoma. In his later life, Randy enjoyed watching the History Channel and would often point out places he had been during his travels.

In 1977, he married his wife Belinda and they started their life together in Oklahoma City.

Randy started working as a welder, building tanks for the oilfield, until that profession led him to pursue more and go back to school, graduating at 52 years old and starting his career as an engineer.

He was brave and adventurous and he enjoyed several hobbies: camping, swimming, gardening, hiking, fishing, project cars, and his favorite was jam sessions on the guitar. He will be terribly missed as a husband, father, PawPaw and friend.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents Travis and Loretta Jackson and his brother Dale Jackson.

Loved ones left to remember him are his wife of 45 years, Belinda, of the home and their three children CJ Jackson and his wife Shelly and their two sons Atticus and Ransom, Casey Jackson and his wife Shonna and their two sons Hendrix and Lynnix, and Elizabeth Pifer and her husband Kenny and their son Preston and daughter Mavis; sisters Pamela Jackson, Beverly Sicheri and husband Jeff, and Janet Reyes; brother Steve Jackson and wife Rachel; loved ones that we could count on were Jim and Pat Evanchyk, Jessica and Jody Whitley, Jeanette and Chris Thompson, Kenny and Crystal Pifer, Jay Belt, Gary Brown, John Styperk, Nelda Meeks, Accentra Hospice and Percy Pifer; and other extended family and friends.
